Best Friend

Because I love you,
I am always true.

There is so much that I've learned,
and I can trust you with no concern

They say that after eight years
you'll be friends forever, without tears.

Now, with eight behind us,
There's nothing but trust.

I can't wait for what's to come,
since we march to our own drums.

My best friend, my sister, my rock,
The only one to whom I can talk,
There's such a long path left to walk...
