The Best One Yet

When he’s literally the best thing that’s happened to you

It’s like your past disappears

Because you are only looking into the future

How you are gonna meet up, if that happens

How a kiss with him will be like, granted your dating

How you don’t know what the future truly holds for you both,

Except it’s bright and beautiful

A future can’t be everything you want it to be, but he seems to be

Cherish the sunny days around the idea of him

Enjoy the love poems you could see yourself and him in

Bask in the cold stormy days with the gentle lasting touch of

warmth from his undying love for you

And if you ever dream of forgetting that he’s the best thing to

happen to you

Or that his love for you will never wilt like valentine’s day

roses

Or even that he’s trying his best and you fell in love with all

his effort,

Just remember this:

No matter the pesky problems between you both,

Even after all the continuous gloomy days together,

Through the raging silence left

And before you even noticed him and grew to know him

Wait

Because If you let go, you’ll miss the company

The special company and innocent intimacy that is there

It’ll feel like you’ve been empty for a thousand years

You can’t just drop those feelings and memories

Because then it’ll all come rushing back to you and in your

mind you’ll remember

He was the best thing that ever happened to you
