The best thing that you can do...

Do you know what is something for you to do when youre depressed? Cry. let it out, loud, sob until your heart gives out. Your eyes leak, your heart breaks and your hands are shaking. Body shudders, your breath is shallow and fading. "I can't do this anymore." and "it hurts" "Why am I the one that's stuck with this curse?" But you know what a good thing to do when youre depressed is? Write. Anything. everything. all that you can think. It doesn't even matter what, as long as you keep away from the brink of the edge, of the end, of the fallen But its so hard to remember when your dreams with your demons calling... "Come back and play" "you can't get out of it""I know you think you need me" You know what sometimes the best thing to do when youre depressed is? Pray. Say whatever you want, ask for aid. let your heart cry out until it burns up and bursts like a grenade. feel your own angels surround you and hear them softly whisper "Don't let your heart get hard." "You are better than that""Let us heal your blisters" You know what I tend to do when I'm depressed? Cry and Pray and Write until theres have nothing left. When theres nothing left inside, no strength and I have no choice. I must face this problem and then try to find my own voice. "Don't fall into those traps" "Don't pick that up, it's too sharp" "Failure teaches you." "You'll be okay." So I pick up my utensil, then I put it down... I refuse to let my heart continue to cry and to drown itself in its aching pain.Knowing that I can't forever fee the only forecast is rain.
