BETRAYAL

From his eyes I see lies

From his heart I see pride

From his reactions I see the hatred

Inside him fire is burning 

Selfishness is consuming him

When I felt like there was no one to care

When heartache seemed  hard to bear

When loneliness filled the air

You were the one who covered me

But now selfishness is consuming "you"

When I flashback how we did all task in unison

I feel like crying but tears cant come out

I feel like screaming but sound can't come out

I feel like testifying but words can't come out

I see blindness has covered you

You've fallen into temptation

The most beautiful truth is that I know

You wanna drag me along your line but I resist

Your face is extending anger and selfishness

Come out boldly and repent

I'm not easily lured,

You can't kill my hopes

You seem like you're up to no good

Ripping poverty is a strong optional text

Inside you fire is burning 

Selfishness is consuming you.
