Betrayed
I was young when you went away. You told me that I was your special boy.
You said that no one could ever take my place.
The sad part is that believed you.
That was over a decade ago. But things have changed.
Things are not the same as they use to be.
My feelings for you have differed.
When were you gonna tell me that you had another child.
Another boy. Your special boy.
You betrayed me.
You told me that know one could ever replace me.
But you lied. He did replace me. He's your special boy now.
You forgot about me. You betrayed me.
He's your favorite. You cater to him in a way that you never did for me.
I can tell by the way you look at him that he's your favorite.
You love him more than you love me. You show him more attention than you've ever shown me.
Maybe it's because you never loved me in the first place. That's why you left me all those years ago.
Now that I'm back you don't show me any affection.
You no longer pay me any attention.
Why did you even bring me back? Why did you send for me if all you were gonna do was ignore me?
I ask myself if i died today, would you even care? I doubt it.
You'll just hover over him. You're other son. You're special one.
I bet you wish that he was your first and your only born.
I'm sorry I was such a disappointment to you. I'm sorry for not being who you want me to be.
Maybe with me out of the way he can give you what you need.
See you in the next life mama. Send your special boy a message for me: "I'll see you in hell little brother."
