Better
At first glance, people will think I don't need to change
I had everything anyone would die for
Perfect friends, perfect grades, a perfect family, and a perfect home...
Yet everyone doesn't see that I have a horrible personality
Yelling at my favorite teacher to shut up, arguing with my sibling
Wasting my best friend's work to the floor, punching my classmate in the face
And making the only interesting girl I know cry for doing nothing
Letting her suffer from my classmates comments
I just wish I can erase those horrible memories for good
But I can't do it, unfortunately
However, I can change myself, no matter what the others say
I won't be rude to my favorite teacher or my younger sibling
I'll taste whatever my friend had made (even if it's bad) and not act all violent to anyone
And I swear to not make the girl I like cry
I'll make her happy the best way I can
One step at a time...
Surly, I'll change myself to be a better person
Not perfect... Better...
