A better world

I have a picture in my head

A world that's glows bright not blue instead

If I coud change our world to look like the sun

I'd first teach the world to accept everyone

No one is less than another

Anyone can be a shining star, anyone can be a lover

We're all human, we all have a flaw

We all have emotions that are rare and raw

We all want to connect with each other in some way

Let's join in hands and live for today

Let's not let ourselves be overcome with greed

Let's only take what we need

We shall help others everywhere

And when we have more than enough, we shall share

The world could one day be this bright

But, it would take more than just me to light the light

It takes a world of people

To make their world equal

To make their world fair

To show that they care

For now we just talk about how the world could be better

but, there's only one to make this work, it's by working together
