Between the Lines

Between the lines I see light

But any type of light it's the kind of light

That you would want to touch

That you can imagine what it would be like to be in that area

As I walk in the path of darkness

The door of light slowly opens as I watch

The moments pass by

Between the lines I see someone trying to get through a storm

As the days go by night after night

More paths will open and the light will shine on you

As you walk into the path of light

Nothing can stop you not even hate

Can stop you

There's no turning back

When I look at someone I look between the lines

From their first impression to their characteristics

Not every person can see within people

Mama always says “when you meet someone get to know them first”

Time flies when you're planning for your future

Or just living life

The light will shine forever
