Between the Lines

The things we see in between the lines

Made real by those who view them

Preserved

A skill which used to be simply impressive

But now is strictly necessary

To have the strength to see

Rather than fall weak on overexerted knees and mourn at the dreary reality of the world

A reality that in fact, is what we make it

To rejoice at the daily rays of sunshine that give meaning to it all

Inspiration lies in the ability to see the good

The desire to see anew

In fact

To see with the heart

Rather than with the eyes
