Between the Lines

temporary teSting,

the target of thOusands of talks throughout tiMe,

thEy called it a Task to traIn My thoughts,

thEir theorieS full of tells, terms and traIning

they Wanted to trAnsport me for temporary treatmeNt

To a building of technicians,

tablespoons and temperature controlled tanks they called rooms,

try a sip of tea

tap my foot to the tecHno tones trickling into my room,

like a game of tag, or a tEetering tooth, about to tip and jump back and forth.

tonight.

they thought it was testing, i knew it was therapy.

my taLents aren't for the taking.

thundershowers of tesselations took over my thoughts

a maP of sorts,

for transportation and translocation to a life of transformative tomorrows
