Between These Lines

Between these lines,

Are truth and lies,

Love and heartbreak,

Worlds that are stake

Hidden words unexplainable,

Where hopeful days are unattainable,

They are fighting words

Fum bum bum,

La da da,

Wildest dreams,

Absurd, remarkable, surreal,

All that beauty of a mind that

Is breaking at the seams

Hehehe, Going forward,

I find myself within these crevices

Of emotion,

For I gave a similar tribute

Of blood, sweat, and tears

When the light of day breaks

Through the curtain,

I look into it with hope-

Words hold so much weight,

So I plop that weight on my shoulders;

Carry it- then,

Share that weight with the world

Order needs no reign,

Nor rhyme, nor reason,

Find me in that cage: slain,

Matter's not my mind's season
