Beyond Beauty

every picture,

every cover,

everyone around me.

Beauty.

without Beauty what do you really have?

sure you're smart

and kind

and patient.

but then again...

you can be lonely

and  desperate 

and isolated.

that's what "they" will tell you.

but Beauty can't get me a job

or a home

or a car

all by its self.

it's not some type of currency that will get me through life.

it's how you treat people,

understand differences,

have passions and ambitions,

and how you strive for the best you can truly be!

i want to have 

more

than

just

beauty.
