Big Boy Sonnet

(poems go here) I like to sit back and think to myself I sit back and think to myself I reminisce I realize I’ve failed to achieve the things I should’ve And because of that I wasted the best years of my life Then I can cry, although I am not used to crying, For my friends who spend their nights alone And cry again from my missery that has been there a long time And as I mourn the loss of many things that I have seen and loved I grieve over past griefs again, And sadly repeat to myself my misery And im disappointed in the people I’ve already grieved for, That I repay as if I had not paid before. But if I think of you while I am in this state of sadness, my friend, All my losses are compensated for and my sorrow ends.
