A Big Brother

A normal human
But not a normal man
You fulfill many roles
Which many cannot withstand

A lover to your wife
A protector of our land
The son of a mother and father
And a mentor for other men

But most of all
Is what you are to me
A big brother
Who is always there for me

Tough skin, but a tender heart
You have set yourself apart
You are more than what people can see
You are a big brother to me

Advice when I need it
A shoulder when I am weak
I love you more than words
And I know that you love me
