The Big Game

The drive. The Dunk. The Layup The feeling of achievement when the game os over and your team has the higher score. The Spirit. The energy of making a basket, and helping you team win. The basket is your only opponent, get the ball or make sure your team gets it out.Players scramble to get the loose balls. Careful, us basketball players get rough. Coaches yelling out plays, and picking at everything that is being done wrong. Everything must be done exact, to get the ball in, pick and rolls are performed. The ball must go in , and it must go in now. No more chances. Time is running out. so tie up your laces, stretch to the limit, be ready to fight. We are going to bring a win home with us tonight. Fans cheer. Screaming names, sign flap. Pressure is on. The refs blow their whistle at almost every foul. Girls get mad. They scream and shout. Some even get thrown out. Coaches coming together to make the final play. Fans bite their nails to points. Both teams but their best players in. We want the gold so lets win. Time is to ten, our play is executed, the buzzer sounds... We Win!
