Bigger is not Better

Small is the new Big.

Slower is the faster pace.

I'm not sure I'm winning

In this life's rat race.

Never sure what to strive for,

eveyone looks for something better.

Is it a new or used vehicle,

a vest or cardigan sweater?

Who has the advantage,

the man who has more money?

Or is it the one with less,

Whose disposition is bright and sunny?

I'm not really sure

if I march to a different beat,

or am I sitting on the bus

Paralyzed without movement in my feet

I must break away

Feel the wind beneath my wing

Off to the horizon I fly

And sweat music I sing

Strong I'll become

the further distance I go.

My goals are now in reach,

with no worries in tow.
