Bite Back

I stand alone.

I've learned more on my own

I've been running

functioning fine without my mind

so I leave with hopes to break the chains that grip my focus

Pace by Pace

Breathe

I watch people pass me by

Come and go

Fantasysing their thoughts, moves, and lives

breathtaking, intriguing, impelling, or thrilling

if only everyday could be that way

good and evil on a battlefield

Bullets flying everywhere

I don't know what home is, but is it anywhere close to the word bastard?

Growing up never truly holds up its end of the bargain.

I have a voice

I am my own

I speak my mind

I breathe

Manifestation within

A different creation

Relation, but don't judge a book by it's cover, my stories just as meessed up as any other.

With a strike so sharp,

I will bite back

The shiver of a cold

Send you back where you came from

Epiphany.
