Bite the Bullet

Where is the girl i used to know?
The fun loving girl of my dreams
I'm itchin.
Halfway fiendin for a conversation
Like from the good old days.
When things werent complicated.
When things werent jaded.
When words werent over-thought.
I fought to keep it as normal as possible
But i guess i failed.
My fault. I dropped my tear.
Or if its not me, and you got something
On your mind
Let me know.
I swear as long as you need me,
I'm here
But Im pleading. Itchin
Halfway fiendin
For my friend again
Forget the feelings if thats whats causin this Fonk
I'll drop em real quick to have my best friend by my side and for our first relationship to click
The relationship that didn't require any thing of any one.
There were no deeper feelings
Just a guy and girl.
Talking and laughing until the sun went down.
I don't want to start liking you and stop loving you.
And if i gotta bite the bullet for that to happen so be it.
Cuz im pleadin, itchin
Halfway fiendin
For my best friend back.

The emotion in this piece is amazingly strong you can tell its heart felt. Have you given this to her?
