Bitten

Down where the sun is hot,

there's a beautiful spot.

the sea around is cold,

and the sand is made of gold.

in which lies a glorious tale,

of life, and love upon this grail.

so simple some things seem,

as if it were a dream.

Give me life once more,

and we'll sail upon the shore.

for what is life without love

it is a treat from above
