bittersweet

the weather is changing this time of year is always so different. even though the sun is fully out not a cloud in the sky the wind means we still need to wear our leavers jackets. butterflies rest on windowsills as refuge good old geraldton wind. the rhythmic humming of speedy fans in class. smell of salt air and dreams of beach days in the months to come. most people would call this feeling bittersweet but i've never understood that word. do they mean like dark chocolate. i have always been more of a milk chocolate person. personally dark chocolate is too hard to swallow
