Black and White

The mirror stares back at me

in many ways it holds the key,

outlining my curvy figure for all to see

and bringing me back to my reality.

No make-up upon my face for me to hide,

for I am standing the way I feel inside.

My past and present collide within my mind,

my voice resounds not soothingly but in kind.

"Who am I? Who do I want to be?"

I am she and all that is inside of me.
