Black and White

America sees Black and White No Grey, No between You're either good or bad Innocent or guilty Gay or straight Cool or a freak But what happens to the Grey What happens to people like me, Who are judged so cruelly? Do we get exiled? We get subjected to abuse Be it mental, physical, or emotional We are forced to follow rules others do not Placed in a shell we fear to break out of What kind of society do we live in, When you are outcast because of what you wear Where you're attracted to the same sex and are afraid to express it America should be ashamed Believe it or not, there are a lot of Greys resididng in the cracks and crevices of a Blak and White society
