Black Love
In the house where smiles are extinct
Where hate reigns supreme
In the family where sharing’s never caring
Where anger leads to a scream
Love lays on its deathbed
Kindness receives its last scar
Happiness migrates permanently
Peace waves au revoir
Mommy shouts a rotten sentence
Her child curses her name
The others wipe away their tears
Until there’s hope to claim
The family’s chapter ends
With an unfinished cliffhanger
Satan’s domain welcomes more
To the world’s antonym doppelganger
Father runs from his loved ones
Now they are no longer
A relationship destined to lift heavy weights
Becomes everything against stronger
Disagreement mutates in zombielike fashion
Argument evolves into war
Verbal insults rival toxic threats
Heaven can’t plead for no more
Love no longer reigns as priority
Death is what everyone hopes
The poisonous organ makes its move
Generosity tied up in unbreakable ropes
Black love is hell’s true love
Latter abortion eradicates the very last dove
