"Blacker than midnight"

"Blacker than midnight" yet its all alright
Just cuz I'm black I thought that u should know that I got way more scars than I ever want to show 14 years of hate yet I rise among it still beautiful spears threw my heart burning like flames as she speaks the skies my limit but she made that all unbelievable... holding on to my dreams cuz she plucked the rest from me ...hate filled heart yet I gave it all ...my emotions ran so deep when she took it she truly took it all ..now its getting hard to breath...can't see forward I can only look backwards now...no where left to go I'm only onward bound change of mind heart spirit and soul she destroyed me then ...and now that feelings getting sorta old ...okay stories written stories told...looking deep into reality as my future unrolls...and I hold onto this as i get old no pain no gain ...hey at least that's what I've been told ...
