The Blame

All the world around you knows about me I'm not all that bad, that's what you'll try to see I'll possess all that you are, stealing everything from you All your friends and family won't know what to do Your habits become worse as you feed your soul into mine Before you know it, your sight will become blind Every night and day, you'll lay awake, wondering when this episode will start I'll sit back and watch as you tear yourself apart When you want to give up and quit, i'll return to see If you get out, it's all up to me I've owned your soul for all this time Why would i want to give up what's rightfully mine? Everyday forth, you'll feel the sting of wearing what is mine, my most precious ring The ring of slavehood around your finger It is invisible to the eye of a nonbeliever Trying to remove it is nearly impossible You might find yourself waking up at the hospital You're not done you have plenty more to give Give it all to me until you've bled yourself dry All this has been but a glimpse of your fate If you choose to follow this path, all will not have any escape Allow me to take your hand, being your guide Welcome to hell, the land of pride
