Blamed

My heart’s desire is the darkness Everyone tries to pull me through the light I fight back wanting to be alone They get hurt, I get blamed They believe their own kind Who wouldn’t hurt a soul How wrong they are I may be different but I am innocent Why can’t they see the truth instead of hiding? Inside a cave with little light believing they are safe The false life they lead is painful I see the truth during the night My thought cease of the pain we live I become active acting on thoughts instead of choices
