You betrayed me // You weren’t just clutching that knife behind my back // You impelled the strikes with the lies and hate // You clutched onto that new lover of yours // You held him close to your heart like you once did with me // He looks into your eyes seeing the love you have for him // I never saw love in your eyes when you looked at me // But I was foolish // I trusted you // I never trusted someone so eminently // I never had entities behind your back // I only gave you myself and all my mistakes that were with me // You didn’t even contemplate what you were about to do, you did it on an impulse // You were slowly killing me with your weapons // You should have used the gun then I could have died instantly with no pain // You craved my pain
