blank metaphor
Yesterday
Is a house
Of a mournful birds
Whose eggs were found missing.
Today
is a child — a chick
Whose delight is the mother's breast
Knowing not the morrow might bring.
Tomorrow
Will be a story—
A fusty old story
Telling a futile tale
The melody of a rotten fellow.
