A Blank Sheet of Paper
A compilation of words on a what
was a blank sheet of paper changed my life.
You see, I was severely depressed and felt the
word on my shoulders with the amount of
pressure I had on me. Anxiety and depression
at the same time is a hard mixture to explain accurately.
It feels like one-hundred pound kettlebells are on your
chest, yet you don’t try to relieve the pain because
you are in such a stupor. I received this dinky journal
for Christmas and started to document my days.
I was six months in and couldn’t believe how fast it
went and how the silent healing and what became a daily routine
changed me. A compilation of words on a what
was a blank sheet of paper changed my life.
