Blanket

Love is like a new blanket- warm, safe and protecting. being wrapped tight in the blanket is like being in your new lovers arms. You place trust in the new bond. You trust it will stay until the sun disappears from the morning sky- You trust it will always bring warmth on the cold nights. You trust it will protect you from the monsters that lurk in the dark shadows. All expectations are meet but time passes and the blanket is worn- rough on the edges and turns ice cold- no care left to protect you. Do yourself a favor and listen to what everyone is saying- Let Go! Trust has been broken and walls have been built, it's time to say good-bye
