Blasphemy

This is blasphemy

Not a catastrophe

This is my path you’ll see

Can’t you just let me be?

My capacity for your audacity

Is decreasing like a battery

Your living in fantasy

Cause you’ll never be better than me, naturally

For you it’s a salary

For me it’s immortality

This is insanity, the duality

Apathy is my mentality

Your nothing in actuality

You come after me

Unhappy with what the world has handed me

This rhapsody is meant for you to see

Spite is what attracted me and my musicality

What you say baffles me

Cause we’ve never met, you see?

You haven’t distracted me

My family and friends won’t abandon me

You can’t tear me down like a tree

I will rise like the sea

Can you hear my decree?
