Blaze

Was it slick

No it was stick

So much that it made me sick

My schtick gone to waste

But I can go my pace

From this life that I call a race

A craze, that always stays

I've fought so hard that I've made my own plays

At a point it got so blurry it turned into haze

I pushed it away I thought it was just a faze

So I've put myself in front to say

I don’t need rules I have my ways

And to the point that the wind sways

Away but it came around the dull dark time of May

May I be bothered by this, but I know the rules

Enough so I don’t have to play
