Bleakness

Bleakness
The clouds bleed tears
To fall
As lead blends
Sorrow into
Turmoil
Pain
Peace’s only anecdote
The smoke blows
Into hearts
Searching for hope in the haze
Light at the end of the tunnel
The eye of the storm
The blaze
Abounds in glinting eyes
Love parts
And for a moment
Silence plays a dreadful tune
As bleakness lies
