To Bleed Black (pt 2)

Stumbling through the darkness,
Bloody knuckles broken bones.
As I walk I still wonder,
Will I ever make it home?
Crawling slowly through the darkness,
So confused and so alone.
It was there I decided,
I don’t want to make it home.
I shall never go back,
To that place that is so forlorn.
I despise the thoughts of home,
The place where my troubles were born.
Now sitting alone out here.
From somewhere deep within me,
Comes an overwhelming feel of fear.
What if this is all a dream?
That means nothing is real,
That means nothing is as it seems.
Then I awake slowly,
The light burning my eyes.
Inside my head I hear screaming.
Inside my head I hear lies.
The knife shimmers in the light.
My blood seeps onto the floor.
I close my eyes one last time,
And enter the shadows once more….
