Bleeding hearts

Walking creature, eyes wide open, soul rotten, going between the tombs of the ones forsaken, part by part her flash is taken, painful screams torn her apart, hands reaching out, bleeding hearts left there without. she walks on the bones, reminding her of the cracking of her soul, her hunger of blood thrived inside, while she hunts for the one who destroyed it. she drinks the blood, hoping for resurrection, her skin glows under the moon's reflection, nothing but pain inside her she feels while holding the bleeding heart in hope she heals she felt the blood dripping from her strong gripping crushed finally, the heart who made hers bleed, now dying in her hand, satisfaction filled her soul, now see how that feels...

Maybe change "part of her flash..." to "flesh". This reminds me of Harry Potter's encounters with Voldemort.
