Blessings or ...

James 1:2-4

Profiting from Trials

2 My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials,

3 knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience.

4 But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.

Blessings or

Trials and tribulations …showers in the day

Darken the sky … needing more light

Slowly getting soaked … turning away

Where dissatisfaction lives … veiling my face

What is weakness when strength is at hand?

What is despair when hope lives around the corner?

What is a heart in never-never land?

Where is the soul when in deep mourning?

Where does the butterfly go when a storm is howling?

Where does precision reside when chaos rules the day?

Where does your spirit go when you are crawling?

In fear and depression as you try to get away

Where does your freedom go when captured by yourself?

Where do your values hide when you compromise?

Where do you quench your thirst when you turn from the well?

Where life itself flows unrestricted or otherwise

Where is the end if you keep digging deeper?

What is truth if you can’t recognize God?

What is reason if you always run a fever?

What is liking if you don’t know how to love?

Is blindness a curse when you recognize Jesus?

Is being deaf and dumb a burden when you walk with Him?

Is not God glorified when you turn to Jesus?

Who will do then what’s right as it appears to Him?
