Blind

The world is a swirling ball of chaos

So many people

Rushing about

Not looking up from their job

Remaining blind

Ignoreing the crying child

The lonely man

The woman with bruises

They walk on

They know what is going on.

The news anchor says

¨There was a rape¨

¨There was a murder¨

¨A young person

has taken their life¨

But we ignore it

Accept it

We look the other way

We remain

blind

But you can help

If you just choose

to see
