Blind.

BLIND.

I’ve been taken from a crowded city

To be placed into an empty,

Fog filled field.

I am blind.

Blind as to what’s ahead of me.

I cannot see

That of which lies before me.

I’ve been raised by defined choices of the city.

Turn right.

Turn left.

Walk straight.

Follow  the crowd.

But I am alone now.

I cannot see where I am going.

Yet I know I  have options.

Endless options.

The choice is mine.

Nothing lies in my way.

Although I cannot see where I am going,

I know

I know that whichever way I go,

The path will become clear

With every step I take.
