Blind in Bliss

Life is hard.

Sadness, frustration, anger, and stress

These emotions are what I know best.

This is why I prefer to throw up my guard.

However, I do believe there is beauty in life.

Life is an amazing thing, which is something we should keep in mind.

We should all understand this and not be so blind.

Blindness to the world around us, stirring up strife.

Though life is hard, life is also equally good.

When hard times come, just try to remember this.

Because where there is pain, there will eventually be bliss.
