Blind Castles
“ Blind Castles”
by Cane-Go Hines
Blind castles in the sky
Everynite I try to build them so high
These castles or dreams only belong to U & I
Can’t wait to see the blind castles gates open before my eyes
When I sleep these castles always seems to fly
How hard do I have to try to catch my castles in the sky?
Inside these castles my family lies
To provide for them is where my dreams come alive
Blind castles in the sky, I yet to see
No one can say how important these are to u & me
These castles are blind cuz they haven’t revealed themselves
But when they do some of my worries would have left
Castles in the sky why aren’t you here yet?
I’m I not looking with the right eyes?
I’m trying my best to do the right things, if so where’s my prize?
Oh my blind castles in the sky you’re what keeps me alive
Take a moment and think about how your castle looks
What a beautiful thing, I love to describe
My blind castles in the sky
One brick at a time my castle will rise
I can see this place but still seem so far away
What will it feel like when I see that day?
My blind castles in the sky.
