Blindfolded by Fear

I fear the break of a nuclear war

The day when love is no more

I fear a country dividing over a residency,

You know the one who holds the presidency

It shall not matter if it was Hilary or Trump

I fear we treat our country like it’s a dump!

You always hear the bad in the news

I start to fear that bad is all people choose

However if we just take a chance to look…

instead of our heads in TV, how about a book?

If we truly open our eyes we will see

the passionate love a person has for our country’s sea.

Love is much of an abounding thing

Most the time you will even see it in a boxing ring

They may build a wall, perhaps create more work

Yet our country will always be led by the Church

The beautiful nature is protected by all

The owls call, animals so small, the ones so tall, horses in stalls, protected by those whom are not scared to fall

While everyone may say “Our Country is Doomed!”

I believe it is all just assumed

Our Country is a beautiful one

One where fear is little to none
