Blindness

Blindness

When everything goes dark,

you can't seem to know who you are anymore.

When standing in front of two ways,

feels like standing in a desert.

When telling yourself everything's going to be fine

isn't worth it anymore

because you don't have the right words choices anymore.

When you look around to see somebody,

but the only thing surrounding you is loneliness.

When you try to reach for someone,

but you only got yourself.

When you can't tell if your eyes are opened or closed

because either way darkness is what you see.

That is blindness!
