In the Blink of an Eye


It’s just another day of the year and you thought he’d be here It’s just another day one you couldn’t reach and now your fate is at your feet You can’t make the time come back or the pain go away It all came so fast, you wanted everything to change Here you are again wishing for the same thing One day you want to be grown up Then one day you realize the world gets tough I wish we could change the little things we do We don’t appreciate the time Even the trials we go through Things change in a blink of an eye I’d like to change the little moments we let pass by
