Bliss is found

The darkness inside and I don't speak the same language,

once you let the evil in, the darkness turns to pure hatred,

the brightest days turn gray and in my mind, I can't explain it,

seems as thought this darkness will not fade and I will forever be a slave to it.

Now I search through my memory but I can't find a moment,

When the soul inside of me felt anything less than enjoyment,

When the heart inside my chest felt the curse of being broken,

When the world looked gray and happiness was my opponent.

The darkness will not take me as prisoner tonight,

I will remain in bliss until the path of happiness is out of sight,

and even then I will regain my power from another source and regain my fight,

to remain in my joyful state and forever live with my mind right.
