Blood is bliss
I saw her lying naked on the cold floor
with carassed skin and a broken hip
He kissed her cheeks with his burnt lips
He whispered in her dead ears,
“Blood is bliss”.
An empty wallet,a broken bottle of vodka
His only peer ,these were
I saw that young man overdosed with heroin
His sleepless nights now reminisce his long gone smile
And I heard him crying,
“Blood is bliss”.
I heard the screams of women in the sea floating like shipwreck
With a broken neck,
A little boy comfortably lay in the bed of sand
While the waves wrapped their loving arms around him
They sang a lullaby,
“Blood is bliss”.
I saw the tired eyes of a dying soldier
With a bullet in his chest,
He remembered the kisses of his lady back at home
The 21 gun salutes howled ,
“Blood is bliss”.
