Blue

Endless waves

Of sun and sea

Surround all sides

The deep blue

Stained with coarse coral in its depths

Buried by the gentle water

The white strips of rough sand

Dry and stable

Remain at the front

Behind the buildings of clay

And tile baked yellow

Smelling of mango and orange

Joy is all that comes

With everyday

And joy it shall always be

Most of my stuff is inspired by some of the very somber anti-war poems written after WW1. Others can be on a whim or based off fictional works.
