Blue

Blue can be bird, ocean, or sky

Blue can be me when you say goodbye

Blue are my tears as I ask you to stay

Blue is your car driving away

Blue are your veins that run icy and cold

Blue is the despair I feel taking hold

Blue is the music I play through the night

Blue is the handle of the steak knife

Blue is the tile around the bathtub

Blue is my skin as your essence I scrub

Blue is the air as I take a deep breath

Red is the water when I have nothing left
