Blue

Blue is the color of swaying oceans and birds chirping

and the silent call of the night.

Blue is the taste of fresh ripe blueberries on a summer's day.

Plums and blueberry muffins smell blue.

A cold winter night makes me feel blue.

Blue is the sound of a fresh breeze blowing through your ears and the quiet chirp of the blue birds .

Blue is sweet and sugary

and maybe even a little tart.

The marvelous earth is blue.

The magnificent sky is also blue.

Blue is the icy and cold.
