Blue Eyes

The thoughts of you in my mind The words that I cant seem to find The lightness of your everyday presence Enlightens me in every way The softness of your blue eyes When they meet with mine So ironic I say They draw me in every step of the way How did I fall so deeply for someone like you This unknown love something very new Im so confused Why is that even though my love is true You fail to realize no matter what i do God how u make me blue How will I get through This love so unknown That is barely shown This unclear love will come true oh so true The difference between me and you Will be the past only what we knew When will it be time For your blues to meet mine When will your blue eyes Fall for my deep brown eyes When will you see That the dreams about us will become a reality When will you let it be When will you let this love be free When will you see the love you have for me As I sit in the back of the class I begin to wonder when will you stop Stop talking to the girl you see And … look at me …into me … through me And see how I feel for you See how my love is true But until you do I look at you Your interior The real you Then you finally look my way Then again I cant find the words to say So you smile And I smile back While inside Im hoping Hoping … that you you see me Not the me I portray to be But the real me Gosh how you smile so beautifully And then you speak To me Only me And when you speak to me you let it be known That you like what you see and I attract Those beautiful blue eyes But in my mind I doubt that maybe you don’t like what you see You could just be being friendly I have thoughts that maybe im not good enough Not good enough for you But when you grab my hand You bring me back in Knowing that loving you was not a sin When your beautiful eyes Look deep into mine I know that everything is fine Think I think about the times And the tries And then I think That all this love started with your blue eyes
