Blue Valetine
I want your
blue velvet
lonely nights
where moscatto wine
curls underneath
the slurs
of my tongue.
I want to envelope
You
Slowly
against the cool
burning wave
of this this
shrinking twilight.
My memory is
growing fainter
as Galileo maps
us in the stars
and all that is
left is a dainty
record player
ceasing to move
on to the
next whirlwind
of aching notes.
